Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Parcels that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items purchased under promotions, clearance, or our "Deals" collection.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel can only be returned if unworn, with hygiene seals and tags intact.
How to Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll guide you through the return process.
Refund Deductions
Where a refund (not an exchange) is approved, the following non-refundable deductions will apply to your order total:
- Delivery/shipping charges
- 4% government tax
- Rs. 130 service charge
The remaining balance will be refunded via your original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned parcel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In such cases, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund with no deductions, once verified.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Sale/discounted items
- Items returned used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without original tags/packaging
- Return requests made after the 15-day window
