Terms of Service (summary)

By using Parisa.shop, you agree to the following terms:

• All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
• Free shipping is offered across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, and Trax courier services.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Regular (non-sale) items are eligible for return/exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused and tags are intact.
• Where a refund is approved, delivery charges, 4% government tax, and a Rs. 130 service charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• By placing an order, the customer confirms that the shipping details provided are accurate.
